Government GOLD Saddlsore 1000
Fancy a challenging ride?
The Government Gold 1000 Certificate ride requires riders to visit the Assembly and Parliament buildings of England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland within a 24 hour time period AND cover AT LEAST 1,000 miles in the process.
This ride is much more difficult than a standard saddlesore 1000 as you will have to visit 5 major cities and take a ferry crossing in the 24 hr time period, you will most likely need to travel via Cairnryan (either P&O or Stena, as the timings are very tight; which is why the ride has been upgraded to Gold.
This ride is open to existing members only.
